Welcome to Le manoir de Jasmine Chambres d’Hôtes & Atelier at Chabrignac in France. I request that you familiarize yourself with these terms and conditions. By entering into a reservation made, these general terms and conditions become effective.
Chief Guest
The person who reserved through www.lemanoirdejasmine via www.airbnb.com or via www.booking.com
The principal guest must be 18 years of age or older, responsible for his or her fellow guests and must have a permanent place of residence or abode and carry a valid ID.
Administrator
The person who, as the owner, or on behalf of the owner, manages Le manoir de Jasmine Chambres d’Hôtes & Atelier .
Third Party
Any other legal entity that is not a guest, manager or owner.
Contact & Reservations
Via website: www.lemanoirdejasmine.com, airbnb.com or Booking.com
Cancellation
You must provide your own cancellation and/or travel insurance.
Stay
The entire period located between check-in and check-out.

1 – General
1.1
Le manoir de Jasmine Chambres d’hôtes & Atelier is described on the websites:
www.lemanoirdejasmine.com, instagram, booking.com, airbnb.com
These websites have been compiled with the greatest care but there may be differences between the text and/or photos presented on the website and the actual situation at Le manoir de Jasmine at the time of the visit by guests.
No rights can be derived by guests from such differences.
1.2
– All rooms can accommodate two people.
– Le manoir de Jasmine is unfortunately not suitable for people under 18 and there are no facilities for people in wheelchairs. There is no elevator available.
– Third party use of the residence is not permitted.
– Unfortunately, due to my own pets, it is not possible to bring pets.
1.3
– On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 4 p.m. onwards.
– The agreed arrival time is a guide time, however, should you arrive much later or earlier please let us know in time.
– Different times are possible by arrangement.
– Due to the cleaning of the rooms, please leave them by 10:00 am on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed.
– It is very much appreciated to be considerate of the rest provided, especially between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m.
– The common living space, as mentioned above, is for all guests, at all times I will take care of this space and assume that everyone who spends time here will do so. By this I mean:
During and/or upon departure:
* There are plastic paper and residual waste bins in the kitchen for trash. Should the bins be full I will point you to the correct container.
* Empty refrigerator and freezer compartment and leave clean.
* After using the kitchen please leave it clean for the other guests.
* Clean sink, countertop, cooktop and oven after use.
* Place all (patio) chairs around table after use.
* Reset the heater to *.
1.4
– Breakfast is served between 8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. in the shared guest kitchen, in the courtyard garden in fine weather.
– Different times for breakfast are negotiable by mutual agreement.
– If you have special requests for breakfast; gluten-free, low-salt, vegetarian et cetera, please indicate this when booking. Depending on your wishes and in consultation, I will take this into account, for as best as possible and obtainable.
1.5
All rooms have private bathroom with shower, fixed sink with hot & cold running water, toilet and includes use of linen. Linen includes two bath towels, two hand towels and a made bed.
1.6
After unloading the luggage, the car can be parked for free in the parking lots at the top of the main road (D901) where there are 2 large parking lots. The manor can then be reached on foot in less than 3 minutes. Parking is at your own risk.
1.7
Both in the manor and around it in the gardens there is a distinction between common and private use, it is highly appreciated not to enter the private areas (unless by invitation).
2 – Prices
2.1
The prices of the rooms and studio are described on the websites: www.lemanoirdejasmine.com, www.airbnb.com and www.booking.com
Prices include full breakfast, use of linen, water and electricity, tourist tax and final cleaning.
2.2
Prices do not include the cost of cancellation and/or travel insurance and/or other charges.
2.3
Prices of Le manoir de Jasmine are always without obligation and are subject to interim changes.
2.4
All entries on the websites are deemed to be provided in good faith and are always subject to interim changes.
Le manoir de Jasmine is not bound by obvious errors on said websites.
3 – Reservation and Payment.
3.1
Reservations can be made at www.lemanoirdejasmine.com, www.airbnb.com or at www.booking.com
3.2
When booking through www.booking.com or www.airbnb.com, follow the payment terms described there. If you book through the website: www.lemanoirdejasmine.com the payment terms are as follows:
– After a reservation request, you will receive a message as soon as possible with the relevant details and whether the desired room is still available.
– Then, within 5 days, you have to pay 50% of the stay fee. Once the amount is received I will send a confirmation and your reservation is final.
– You can transfer the remaining amount 4 weeks before arrival.
– For reservations made within 4 weeks before arrival, the entire amount must be paid at once at the time of reservation.
– A reservation is not final until you receive official confirmation, messages prior are not final and/or valid from either side.
– If the entire amount is not received by me within the aforementioned terms, the reservation will expire and the room will be available to others again.
– Accommodation fees are due for the entire reserved period even if you arrive later or leave earlier.
– You are responsible for checking the correct details of your reservation (date, number of people, which room).
– Subletting is not allowed, the name of the booker must also be present during the stay.
– The room rate includes breakfast, should you not wish to take advantage of this there will be no refund on the room rate.
4 – Cancellation Policy.
4.1
– Once a final reservation has been made and confirmed, the following applies to cancellation of that reservation:
– Booking via www.booking.com or www.airbnb.com see cancellation policy there.
– Booking via www.lemanoirdejasmine.com
A cancellation must always be reported in writing. The date I receive the cancellation is decisive.
If the tenant cancels earlier than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, the cancellation fee will be equal to the deposit.
If the tenant cancels less than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total rental price.
There will be no refunds for late arrival and/or early departure.
4.2
Your reservation may expire in the following cases: in case of force majeure, natural disaster, extraordinary weather conditions, fire, death of the owners or family, hospitalization or unannounced sale.
Your payment will be refunded as soon as possible.
Any other damages resulting from the termination will not be compensated.
5 – Complaints
– Of course, I will do everything possible to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
– Despite the good care, you may still have a complaint or comment.
– In order to properly resolve them, I ask that you communicate them to me on the spot as soon as possible.
6 – Liability
6.1
Le manoir de Jasmine cannot be held liable for damages suffered by the guest or third parties, as a result of the stay in the room(s) and/or shared guest (outdoor) areas in question. The guest indemnifies Le manoir de Jasmine against claims in this regard.
6.2
Le manoir de Jasmine is not liable for disturbances in and around the accommodation such as power failures and breakdowns of electricity, Wifi, water supplies and technical installations as well as non- or untimely announced construction and/or road works in the vicinity of Le manoir de Jasmine.
6.3
Le manoir de Jasmine is not liable for loss, theft, damage or accidents caused to persons and/or property during or as a result of the stay in the relevant room(s) and/or shared guest (outdoor) areas of Le manoir de Jasmine.
In the unlikely event something breaks or gets damaged tell me as soon as possible.
Any repair and/or replacement costs I will charge, if nothing else, and must be completed and paid before departure.
If afterwards, after checking out, it appears that items were left broken and this was not reported to me, a bill for the repair and/or replacement costs incurred will follow.
7 – Safety
7.1
On the common corridor and in the common kitchen there is a fire extinguisher which of course should only be used in case of fire. Furthermore, all rooms are equipped with sufficient smoke detectors.
7.2
For the safety of everyone and that of the manor, it is forbidden to smoke or use open flames in the rooms.
Open fires are also not allowed in the surrounding gardens. Smoking is permitted only in the common courtyard garden of Le manoir de Jasmine. Please do not leave cigarette butts in the garden.
7.3
The cats Bommel and Trui and/or the dog Bes may not be fed without consultation, no matter how sweet they look! They are also not allowed to stay in the rooms. Keep in mind that despite proper education, they remain animals with behaviors to match.
8 – Keys
8.1
If you have booked one of the three rooms you will receive 3 keys upon arrival: one to the large gate at the front of the house, one to access the common room and one to the reserved room. Return the three keys to Jasmine upon departure. As a guest, you are responsible for properly locking the entrance doors/gate to the accommodation.
If you have booked the cottage you will receive 2 keys: one for the main gate and one for the cottage.
8.2
If the key(s) are lost, I will charge €25 per key. This will have to be paid in cash upon check-out. You can’t get cash at my place (Credit Agricole in Juillac has the nearest ATM).
9 – Deposit
On arrival I ask for a deposit of €150. This can be done in cash, I have no possibility of using debit cards (Credit Agricole in Juillac has the nearest ATM). Upon departure you will get this amount partially or completely back depending on any broken crockery, lost keys, etc. Also when the room (s) and / or common areas are left behind so dirty that a normal final cleaning is not sufficient I will deduct a portion of the deposit.
